Bonus shares of Bank of Kathmandu Limited have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
According to NEPSE, 63 lakh 74 thousand 396 bonus shares of the bank have been listed.

The bank had distributed 6 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The bill was passed by the 28th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd Manshir. The same bonus shares were listed on NEPSE on Friday. As the listed bonus shares are now deposited in the beneficiary account and are in the process of merger. They can be bought and sold in the secondary market of securities after they are transferred to the name of Global IME Bank.
Bank of Kathmandu Limited and Global IME Bank have gone into merger in equal ratio. The two banks are starting integrated business from Monday, 25th of Paush.
