Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). After issuing the shares to the locals the company will now issue shares to the general public from Ashoj 11, 2078 BS.
Interested investors can apply for the purchase of shares until Ashoj 14, 2078 BS. If the IPO issue remains under-subscribed until that period, the deadline for application will extend to Ashoj 25, 2078 BS.
The company plans to sell the 8,00,000 units shares to the general public. Out of this, 5 % or 40,000 units shares are allotted to the schemes of the mutual funds. Likewise, 16,000 units shares or 2 % shares are reserved for the employees of the company.
Therefore, the general public can participate for the remaining 7,44,000 units shares. One can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares at a per value of Rs 100.
