Some time we have submitted the tms application in many broker from online and no one broker are not send the Nepse code or client code then we are going to submit the another application in another broker but there is a problem to submit the application form. It shows “Duplicate Boid ” and you can’t submit your application in any broker . Even if you go to broker office the will call your boid is already registered in other broker first of all you should close your old TMS account from that broker . But you have not any idea because you dont know your broker .
Can we open two broker or tms account from One boid Or Demat Account ?
No, you can’t open two broker account from one demat account or boid because you have to open only one broker accountfrom one boid . So , if you try to open broker account there has show duplicate boid . That’s why the broker called you should close your old tms account from old broker office.
How to open two broker or tms account ?
If you want to open two broker account from same broker office or Other you must have another Demat Account because you can open maximum two demat account. But you can’t open two broker or tms account from same boid. So, you must have another boid for other tms account.
How to close your old TMS account ?
If you want to close your old TMS account from old broker office and open in another broker you should called the old broker to close the old broker or tms account. In some case some broker does not ready to close your old TMS account. In that case you can send an email to the Nepse to close the old broker or tms account from old broker office with your reason and mention which broker you want to open new TMS account . The NEPSE will close your old broker account.
How to find our tms application submitted broker ?
In some cases you habe to open a new broker or tms account any you were submitted your application in many broker and some times later no one broker did not send any emails and if you try to submit another application in another broker you cant submit your application. And if you go to broker office or called the broker they will say your boid is already registered in other broker. If you want to open tms account firstly you must close your old TMS account. If you don’t know your broker which your boid is registered you should contact the NEPSE they will find your broker and you can contact the broker to send the clint id or to close the broker or cancel the form .
In this case you have two option , first you find your broker and you can request to send the email with password reset link and client id . And second you can called that broke to cancel your broker account and submit another application form in other broker.
If you know the broker which you submitted the tms application form but broker did not send any emails. You can contact directly to the broker and request to send the email. And to cancel the application .
