PS-Preference share
-Advantage over ordinary shareholders when it comes to receiving dividend -Traded Similar to equity
WS-Warrants
-Represents the right to purchase a company, s stock @specific price @specific date -Issued directly by a company to an investor -Currently no warrants are listed in nepse
PCD-Partial convertible debenture
-Part will be redeemed and part will be converted into equity or preference share at the end of specified period -Currently no such instruments are listed on nepse
FCD-Fully convertible Debenture
-Entire value is convertible into equity share at certain ratio decided by issuer when debenture is issued -Currently no such instruments listed in nepse.
