About Company:
Manakamana Engineering Hydropower Ltd is a public ltd hydropower company established on 18th July 2010. The company is promoted and run by individual promoters having experience in hydropower. The project is located in the Dolakha district of Nepal using the available head and flow from Ghatte Khola (river).
The electricity generating capacity of the company is 5MW.
The shareholding will be 65:35 of the promoter share to the public holding share after the IPO. The company is issuing 28 lakhs units of shares which are worth Rs. 28 crores.
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. The company’s book value is Rs. 74 as per FY 2078/79. So, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 74 to Rs. 222.
The share will be traded after being listed in NEPSE.
The Issue manager for issuing IPO to the general public is BOK Capital Market Ltd. Similarly, the company has given a BB rating for issuing IPO.
